How to get to Budva
There are 2 airports in the country: one in the capital, Podgorica (TGD), and the second on the coast in the city of Tivat (TIV).
If you have a choice when booking tickets, we recommend to choose Tivat - it is only 30 minutes by bus / taxi closer to Budva, whereas from Podgorica it takes about 1-1.5 hours by bus.
For bus tickets we can recommend busticket4.me
Please note, however, that the tickets need to be printed, and have small cash with you, as bus drivers often collect a luggage fee of 1€.
